I became an orthodontist to be an artist of smiles. ABM Orthodontics is my practice — the place where I get to shape both the patient experience and the philosophy behind how I diagnose and treatment plan.
I grew up in South Florida and spent years training and practicing in Atlanta before the sunshine state called me back. The Suncoast felt like the right fit for my husband and me — the laid-back energy, the creative local culture, the kind of place where things move at a human pace.
I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University, then pursued advanced orthodontic training in Atlanta, GA. Those years taught me what separates good practices from great ones and what patients carry with them long after treatment ends. I came back to Florida with a clear point of view: great orthodontics isn’t just about teeth. It’s about the face, the airway, and the whole person behind the smile.
At the end of the day, I want every patient to leave feeling genuinely taken care of. That’s what this practice is built around.
Outside the office, I stay active at the gym, spoil my cats Henri and Nora, and am currently convinced my husband and I have what it takes to star on HGTV.
Dr. Ash Mahdavi brings additional expertise and support to the ABM Orthodontics team. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2016 before completing his orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics in Atlanta in 2019, where he met Dr. Brooke.
